I’m back!!! I’ve missed blogging so much, and today I finally had the time to create a blog post. I am going to a graduation party for one of my long time friends today, and thought I would share with you what I’m wearing on my face.
Lets start with the Base-
Primer: Becca Mattifying Primer- I’ve been loving this for my extremely oily skin recently, especially because it is summertime now and extremely hot in Texas at the moment! It definitely helps keep me matte and helps makeup go on smoother.
Foundation: L’Oreal Infallible Matte Foundation- This is my new staple foundation from the drugstore. It is one of the best foundations I’ve tried, and I love the demi-matte finish it gives my skin!
Concealer: Maybelline Magic Lumi Concealer- I used this to brighten my under eyes and highlight the high points of my face. I love this concealer because it gives a decent amount of coverage without being thick!
Powder: NYC Transclucent Powder- If you haven’t gotten this yet, I highly recommend it. Best setting powder ever!
Blush: Revlon Blush in “Melon Drama”- This is a great everyday blush, with a satin finish.
Bronzer: MAC Matte Bronzer- A rediscovered gem in my collection! Love the warmth this gives to my face.
Highlight: I forgot to picture the highlight, but I used the Makeup Geek eyeshadow in “Shimma Shimma”. I’ve never used it as a highlight for my face until today and I absolutely love the way it looks on me!
Now lets jump over to the Eyes-
I primed with the same concealer and used my Naked Palette: “Sin” all over the lid, “Buck” in the crease, and a mix of “Toasted” and “Smog” in the outer corner. Smoked out “Toasted” on my lower lash line. For my brows I used the NYX tinted brow mascara.
Eyeliner: NYC Liquid Eyeliner- this stuff lasts ALL DAY. It is the blackest eyeliner from the drugstore and I love it!
Mascara: L’Oreal Butterfly Intenza Mascara- I forgot about this mascara in my collection for a few weeks, and just rediscovered how much I love it again! This gives my lashes serious volume and holds a curl very well.
Now for the Lips: Maybelline Color Elixir in “Nude Illusion”- This gives sort of a peachy pink hue to the lips, which I thought would compliment my eye look nicely. I usually prefer a matte lip but I actually really enjoy this gloss! It is pigmented without being thick or goopy.
I hope you enjoyed reading today’s Makeup Menu! I have missed blogging so much, and was so grateful I actually had a few minutes to spare today! Thank you all so much for following my blog! It means the absolute world to me ❤
Xoxo,
Sophie

Love this look! Simple but beautiful (:
PS: I love the NYC Powder, but the loose version is a lot better than the pressed one.
